TERMS & CONDITIONS

By using any BDPA service or facility, you agree to the following terms:
Bookings
All court bookings must be made online through the official BDPA website or authorized platforms. Advance payment is required to confirm your slot. Users must arrive on time — late arrivals will result in reduced playtime and the slot will not be extended. Cancellations made 4 or more hours before the scheduled slot start time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled slot start time will receive a 50% refund only. In special circumstances, BDPA will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and reserves the right to make exceptions at its sole discretion.
Coaching
Fees must be paid in full before the session or batch begins. Attendance is the student’s responsibility, and make-up sessions are at BDPA’s sole discretion. Fees once paid are non-refundable and cannot be carried forward to a future batch. If the student is under 18, parental or guardian consent is required at the time of enrollment.
Tournaments & Events
Tournament and event registrations must be completed through official BDPA channels. Entry fees are non-refundable unless the tournament or event is cancelled by BDPA. If BDPA cancels a tournament or event, refunds will be evaluated based on the circumstances — BDPA reserves the right to offer a full refund, partial refund, or credit at its discretion. No refund will be issued for no-shows or disqualifications arising from rule violations. If a tournament is postponed, registrations will be carried forward to the rescheduled date. Refunds in such cases will be considered only if a participant is unable to attend the new date.
Conduct
All players, participants, and guests must behave respectfully towards staff, coaches, fellow players, and visitors at all times. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or abusive behaviour may result in immediate suspension or permanent expulsion without refund. Any damage caused to BDPA’s infrastructure, equipment, or facilities must be compensated in full by the person or persons responsible. Sports shoes and appropriate sports attire are mandatory on court at all times. BDPA reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any individual for safety or disciplinary reasons without prior notice.
Liability
BDPA is not responsible for personal injuries, lost or stolen belongings, or disruptions caused by weather, technical issues, power outages, or events beyond our control. All physical activities on BDPA premises are undertaken entirely at your own risk. Players are strongly advised to maintain personal health and injury insurance before participating in any activity at BDPA. By participating, you agree to indemnify and hold BDPA, its members, staff, and associates harmless from any claims, losses, or liabilities arising from your actions on the premises.
Photography & Media
By entering BDPA premises or participating in any BDPA event, you consent to photography and videography conducted by or on behalf of BDPA for promotional, social media, and documentation purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, you may notify BDPA staff in writing before the session or event begins, or inform the photographer or the present staff directly at the location.
Changes & Cancellations by BDPA
BDPA reserves the right to modify court schedules, coaching timings, event dates, facility rules, or these terms at any time with or without prior notice. In exceptional circumstances such as government restrictions, emergencies, or force majeure events, sessions, bookings, or events may be postponed or rescheduled — refunds in such cases will be at BDPA’s discretion. BDPA will make reasonable efforts to communicate changes in a timely manner through its official website and social media channels.
